Sustain-Worthy -

1.  There are no "ring-fenced sinecures" nor "guaranteed safe-secure-and-insured lifetimes".  

2.  In opting to "body-mind-spirit-lifestyle"
"Remain"
either partly or totally 
in and either servile to or "leading" a Traditional or Global-Economic-Growth Civilisation
you will find yourself being unable
to reliably join in "The Sustain-worthying Movement" for anything more than very-brief fleeting moments.

3. In 'opting-in', however, you will find both a "new inner healthier growth"
and
be able to "actually catch-and-hold" - such as a 'sunbeam in your hand'     
and be able to long-timeframe "save" it
and maybe pass it or
covenantly 'share-it'
i.e. non-contractually
 'loan' it  
to another "sustainworthying" person
or lifeform*
{ * other lifeforms ,
and not only pets and wild-birds,
are usually already "sustain-worthy-ness suppolrtive"
and harmonising and "co-moving" - with whatever in their environment they can:  
look into Kinship With All Life  by Boone, and King Solomon's Ring by Konrad Lorenz -

but better not think that such detailed "documentary-movies" as Pig are possible in 'real-life'. )
